Take your health into your own hands

Personal analysis:

In the first session, I take time for a detailed anamnesis. I measure relevant values and have a personal conversation with you to understand your life circumstances and goals. This is the basis for all further steps.

Introduction to Nutrition:

In the second session, I will explain the most important basics of a healthy diet. This knowledge is essential to optimizing your diet in the long term and achieving your goals.

Purchasing and Practice:

Depending on your cooking skills and knowledge, I will accompany you while you shop. I will show you how to read labels correctly, make healthy choices and not be fooled by the food industry. We will then put what we have learned into practice when we cook together.

Your personal plan:

At the end, I will create an individual nutrition plan for two weeks with you. I will take into account allergies, intolerances or special requests such as an alkaline diet. After the two weeks, I will measure your progress and we will discuss the results.

Refreshing green smoothie with banana, spinach and other healthy ingredients, served in a bottle with a straw - perfect for a nutritious start to the day.
Creamy hummus with a dash of olive oil, served with fresh carrot sticks – a healthy and delicious snack
Baked sweet potato stuffed with fresh herbs, pomegranate and a dash of yogurt – a colorful and nutritious dish for any meal.

Breakfast: Smoothie with spinach, banana, mango and water (almond milk) (250kcal)

  • Ingredients: 1/2 mango (kiwi, peaches, persimmon or other fruit fresh or frozen), 1 banana, 1 handful of spinach.

  • Preparation: Put all ingredients from hard to soft into a high-performance blender and add enough water to submerge all ingredients. Blend until you have a smooth substance/juice.

Snack: Carrot sticks (or other vegetables, please vary) with hummus (approx. 150 kcal)

  • Ingredients: Carrots, hummus max 100 g (homemade is best and lasts for the week)

  • Preparation: Cut the carrots into sticks. Serve with hummus as a dip.

Main course: Baked sweet potato with fresh or roasted vegetables (approx. 400 kcal):

 

  • Ingredients: sweet potato, mixed vegetables (e.g. pepper, zucchini, eggplant), olive oil, spices to taste, e.g. tahini sauce (sesame), cress, nuts as topping

  • Preparation: Wash the sweet potato, cut it in half and bake it in a baking dish in the oven at 200°C for about 30-40 minutes until soft. Cut the vegetables into cubes, mix with olive oil and spices and roast in the oven until soft. Serve the roasted/fresh vegetables over the sweet potato.
