This is me – Nadia, your trainer

Hello, I'm Nadia! For over 10 years I've been helping people to become fitter, healthier and happier - and I do it with a lot of heart and enthusiasm. Sport has been a part of my life since I was young and I tried out many areas until I realized that the perfect mix only exists if I create it myself. So my passion became my job.

With in-depth training, such as the B license for personal training, TRX sling training or fascia and Piloxing training , I bring not only specialist knowledge but also creativity and variety to your training. My goal? To pick you up exactly where you are right now and to be by your side with lots of motivation, fun and an open ear while we achieve your goals together.
