beetroot hummus

This hummus is not only an eye-catcher, but is also delicious for beetroot fans. The chickpeas ensure that you also get plant-based proteins.


Ingredients:


  • 3 cooked beetroots

  • 1 jar of chickpeas

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 2 - 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 pinch of ground cumin

  • salt & pepper




Preparation:


1. Put everything in a blender and puree until creamy.


2. Enjoy the hummus with fresh vegetables, as a spread or as a side dish
