Pure enjoyment and sooooo healthy: our Christmas fruit smoothie
For 4 people you need:
3 tangerines
1 orange
2 apples
1 persimmon
1 clove
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of cardamom
2 dates
1 fig
0.7l red grape juice
Preparation:
Peel the mandarins and orange, core the apples and dates and cut into pieces. Divide the persimmon and fig. Put all the ingredients together in the blender and add grape juice until the desired consistency is reached.
