Craving chocolate pudding?

This version tastes delicious, satisfies cravings 😋, is vegan, and fits perfectly into your clean eating menu. Here’s the recipe for this quick and easy pudding:


Ingredients for 4 servings:


  • Flesh of 2 avocados

  • 2 bananas

  • 4 tbsp pure cocoa powder

  • 30 to 50 ml almond, oat, or soy milk

  • 30 ml maple syrup



Preparation:


  1. Blend all ingredients in a bowl with an immersion blender or in your mixer.

  2. Serve the pudding in small glasses or a bowl.

The pudding also tastes great with berries of your choice or a fruit salad.
