Would you like to invite a few friends over for Advent coffee? Then we have just the right recipe for you: our Happy Winter Chocolate Muffin .
The muffins are not only delicious, but also healthy. So you don't have to hold back and can just enjoy.
Ingredients for 12 pieces:
2 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup real cocoa powder
2 tablespoons rice syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 dates
2 dried figs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 capsule of cardamom
1 anise star
3 cloves
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Crush anise, cardamom and cloves and mix in cinnamon and vanilla.
3. Chop the dates and figs.
4. Mash the bananas.
5. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
6. Fill the mixture into muffin tins and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
7. Remove and let cool - even if it's difficult. :-)
