Ingredients:
125 g wholemeal spelt flour
125 g millet flakes
3 tablespoons almond slivers
75 g chia seeds
2x 1/2 tbsp flaxseed
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 250°C.
2. Mix all dry ingredients. Then add 250 ml water, oil and salt and knead.
3. Roll out the dough on baking paper and cut into pieces.
4. Bake the bread for 10 minutes and then finish baking for 20 minutes at 200°.
5. After baking, remove from the baking tray and allow to cool. Enjoy your crispbread with our carrot hummus, for example.
