Ingredients:
1/2 papaya
1 avocado
some lime juice
1 garlic clove
1 tomato
salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Mash the avocado with a fork. Cut the papaya into small cubes. Crush the garlic.
2. Mix avocado with lime juice.
3. Cut the tomato into small cubes (remove seeds and stalks). Add the tomato and papaya to the avocado puree and season with salt and pepper.
