I, Nadia, have been following Piloxing since 2012. While researching for a class called Boxing vs. Pilates for Alive Shanghai, I came across Piloxing. I visited the website www.piloxing.com and immediately googled the founder, Viveca Jensen (see picture). I was thrilled and continued to follow the journey of Piloxing.
One day, in Obertshausen, while Nina and I were waiting for our daughters during their gymnastics class, I asked her if she knew what Piloxing was. She said, “No.” I started to gush: “You have to check this out! It’s power, good mood, strength, endurance, elegance...!!” Later that evening, Nina texted me: "We have to try this. It’s genius. It’s totally our thing." Haha, I was so happy! After attending a Piloxing Master Class led by Viveca Jensen at the FIBO (fitness trade fair), we were convinced and hooked. 😊
