Recipe of the month - 2 dips perfect for snacking or for the barbecue season

There is nothing tastier than fresh vegetables and dips. Whether as a snack between meals, at a school party or as a side dish for the barbecue.





Avocado Dip with Quark


  • Put the following ingredients in a bowl and stir everything together:

  • 2 soft avocados

  • 1/2 garlic clove (pressed)

  • 2 tablespoons of quark

  • salt, pepper and fresh parsley





Cottage cheese dip with quark and seeds


Put the following ingredients in a bowl and stir everything together:


  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/2 garlic clove (pressed)

  • 2 tablespoons of quark

  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

  • 2 teaspoons of flaxseed

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt, pepper and fresh herbs to taste


Have fun preparing and cracking them quickly.
