Put the following ingredients in a bowl and stir everything together:
2 soft avocados
1/2 garlic clove (pressed)
2 tablespoons of quark
salt, pepper and fresh parsley
Cottage cheese dip with quark and seeds
Put the following ingredients in a bowl and stir everything together:
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 garlic clove (pressed)
2 tablespoons of quark
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
2 teaspoons of flaxseed
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt, pepper and fresh herbs to taste
