This power breakfast, prepared by Nina, has received the most likes on Instagram this month , so we don't want to keep it from you! It gives you nutrients for your body and brain, high-quality fatty acids & lots of vitamins. In addition, it stimulates digestion and gives you lots of energy.
Ingredients for 1 serving
4 tablespoons oatmeal (can be soaked overnight for better fiber absorption)
1 tablespoon chia seeds soaked in almond milk for at least 20 minutes
1 handful of nuts
1 tablespoon flaxseed
fresh and dried fruit of your choice
