Do you know this saying: "Any workout is better than no workout at all!"? Let's continue with the topic of sport, fitness and exercise. Sport doesn't have to be expensive and is very versatile. If you start with small steps, you'll feel the results more quickly, which motivates you to keep going. You just have to start ;-)
Flexible in terms of time
It is scientifically proven that something happens to your body with just one exercise per day or even regular short training sessions. You don't have to invest 60 minutes per day. For example, one of my clients does 30 minutes of online personal training twice a week. with me. I challenge her once with strength and endurance and once with a Pilates session. After just 4 weeks she feels the difference in her endurance and strength.
Another idea, and without any costs or instructions, is push ups . Set yourself a goal for how many you want to do each day. This exercise can be done anytime, anywhere, and at the latest before you go to sleep. Let's say you want to start with 20 push ups per day, then think about whether you want to do the push ups in one go or in 2 parts. Here I'll show you 3 variations to increase the number:
Level 1 - Push Up as a start on the knees non-fullscreen 00:00 Mute | Level 2 - Push Up raised (e.g. against bed, couch, bench, tub) non-fullscreen 00:00 Mute | Level 3 - Push Up on the Floor non-fullscreen 00:00 Mute |
