Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
150 g oat flakes
1 teaspoon baking powder
350 ml plant milk (I used almond milk - you can of course also use cow's milk, but then the bread is no longer vegan)
1 plum (optional)
1/2 apple cut into small pieces
5 dates chopped
50 g raisins or cranberries
20 g nuts roughly chopped of your choice (I used cashews here)
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a loaf pan with baking paper.
2. Mash two bananas and mix with oatmeal, baking powder and milk.
3. Fold in the apple pieces, plums, dates, raisins and nuts.
4. Put the dough into the baking tin and cover with pieces of the third banana. Then put it in the oven and bake for 45 minutes. Then turn the oven off and leave it in for another 15 minutes - YUMMY!
