Vegan Chocolate Cake

This cake or these little cakes are simply fantastic and delicious and make you just as happy as a normal chocolate cake! And without flour, eggs and sugar! Try it out and let the others guess what the secret ingredient is...



Vegan Chocolate Cakes


40 g oat flakes

1 tablespoon almond milk

240 g kidney beans (drained)

15 g cocoa powder

80 g agave syrup

40 g coconut oil

Vanilla

0.5 teaspoon baking powder

80 g dark chocolate




Preparation:


1. Grind the oatmeal into flour in a blender.


2. Preheat the oven to 175°C using top and bottom heat.


3. Put the remaining ingredients in the blender and mix everything together until smooth. Pour the mixture into small muffin tins or a small baking pan.


4. Bake the dough for about 20 minutes and leave the baked cake in the fridge for at least another 4 hours.
