Yeahhhh - We are online and you don't have to miss your workout!

Have you already seen our online offer seen?


We thought that we would like to offer you an active option during this time and that you could perhaps even do sports together with your partner or family!


If you want to participate, you will see how easy it is here!


1. Prepare a mat or towel and make some space in the living room, bedroom, or wherever you feel comfortable.


2. Have a bottle of water ready so that you stay hydrated during your workout.


3. If you have them, get 2 dumbbells or non-carbonated water bottles (approx. 0.5-1.5 kg) ready.


4. Choose in advance whether you want to follow the training on your mobile phone, tablet, notebook, etc. and charge your devices .


5. We hold the training live with ZOOM. Please decide whether you prefer to use the ZOOM app (from the App Store) or simply use your browser.


6. You will receive your dial-in details from us in good time before your course . Please call 10 minutes before the course starts to set up your camera or device as desired. When you dial in, we ask you to provide your first name and the first letter of your last name .


7. Decide whether you only want to see us and whether you also want to be seen. Set up your medium so that you can start your training with us on time. Feel free to turn the camera so that we can see you completely and give you better instructions and tips .


8. If you have any questions or complaints that you would like to share , please state them when you register . In the online training, we will then address any complaints we are aware of and offer alternatives.


9. If you would like to participate via notebook , then send the link to your email address.


10. Registration is via WhatsApp or email.
